Cremo SA is organizing a free competition from 14.4.2025 to 15.08.2025 inclusive on its website www.lattesso.com/summer with no obligation to buy.

All natural persons who are over 18 years of age at the time of their participation are eligible to participate. The participating person must be resident in Switzerland.

Cremo SA informs Internet users that although lattesso.com/summer is accessible worldwide, the website and the competition are designed and intended exclusively for participants who are resident in Switzerland.By participating in the competition, the participant gives his/her full and unconditional consent to these conditions of participation. The participant can only take part in the competition once. The prize draw will take place as follows:

• Sierre-Zinal: June 27, 2025
• Openair Gampel: July 28, 2025
• Gadgets for on the go: July 28, 2025

In order to prevent participation that does not comply with these conditions of participation, Cremo SA may limit participation in the contest by technical means (in particular by limiting participation to one per IP address or e-mail address). The prizes cannot be paid in cash. Cremo SA may also replace the prizes with other equivalent prizes at any time.

Cremo SA and its suppliers cannot be held liable for the non-awarding of prizes for reasons beyond their control (incomplete or incorrect address details of winners, postal strikes). Furthermore, the winner irrevocably loses his or her claim to the prize if he or she does not respond within 1 week of receiving notification that he or she is the winner of a prize. A new winner will be drawn.
