The best Valais milk for LATTESSO

Valais is known as the "source of the Alps". The Cremo Sierre dairy, our production facility for LATTESSO, is located in the heart of the Valais mountains. We were impressed by the care taken by the experts and their in-depth knowledge of milk processing. So much so that we only trust them with our recipes and proprietary production methods. For LATTESSO, only Alpine milk from natural, GMO-free production is processed.

Premium production methods

The final touches are added at the Cremo dairy. The freshly brewed coffee is combined with pure Valais milk using premium production methods – proper, honest craftsmanship. This care pays off because the result is an incomparably fresh and natural taste. In short, it’s distilled by nature.

Cremo was founded in 1927 and is now the second largest milk processor in Switzerland. The owners are 90 percent farmers from western Switzerland who supply the milk. Milk from cows that are at home in the Swiss Alps.
